font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; box-sizing: border-box !important;">1、<strong><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(250, 192, 143);">暂停窗口<span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%;">线下</span>业务办理。</span></strong>公安分局行政审批服务中心、区车管所、犬办、各派出所综合服务窗口、交警中队服务窗口、信访接待等暂时停止线下业务办理，引导群众通过线上办理渠道实行“不见面审批”或延后办理。<strong><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(250, 192, 143);">对企业、群众需紧急办理的业务事项，通过对外公布的咨询电话进行预约，并根据疫情情况合理安排线下窗口办理时间。</span></strong></span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; vertical-align: inherit; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(250, 192, 143);">办事群众可以通过“南京公安”、“江宁警方”、“江宁公安微警务”微信公众号，“我的南京”、“江苏政务服务”、“交管12123”APP 等网办平台，在线办理公安业务。</span></strong>对无法定必须申请人到窗口办理的公安政务服务事项，可通过EMS邮递方式寄送申请材料、送达审批结果。需要区级以上审批的业务（集体户立户、主项变更、补报往年出生、境外出生申报、各类市外迁入、农村地区户口迁移、户口恢复、出国出境户口注销、出入境证件等业务）受疫情影响，延期审批。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px;
