南京玄武区档案馆疫情防控期间服务公告
<p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">为适应新冠肺炎疫情防控新变化，根据上级疫情防控工作有关通知要求，现将区档案馆查档服务有关事项公告如下：</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #d32a63;"><strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">一、提倡预约入馆及不见面查档</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">为满足群众查档利用需求，并减少人员流动和聚集带来的风险，提倡优先通过预约及电话、信函、网络等方式查档，具体办理方式如下：</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">1、<strong>电话预约查档：</strong>单位或个人确需查阅档案资料的，实行电话实名预约，工作人员受理后按照规定办理。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">2、<strong>远程自助查档：</strong>个人办理可通过区政务服务中心、区婚姻登记处、玄武区各街道民生中心档案自助查询机，选择查询类别，按要求填写并提交查档利用需求，进行档案利用服务。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">3、<strong>信函查档：</strong>地址 南京市玄武区月苑南路3号南京市玄武区档案馆档案利用服务中心，邮编：210028。</span></p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">查档热线电话：</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">025—83682167，83682117；</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">时间：</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">工作日上午9：00—11:30，下午14:00—17:30。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #d32a63;"><strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">二、加强入馆检测</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">确需到馆现场查阅档案资料的，按照“总量控制、错时限流”疫情防控原则，实行电话实名预约</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">，预约成功的查档者请按预约时间入馆，主动出示身份证和本人健康码及行程轨迹，按要求接受体温测量，做好实名信息登记，并全程规范佩戴口罩。体温≥37.3℃及咳嗽症状者或健康码非绿码者均谢绝入馆。未预约者来馆查档，需在门卫接受健康码和行程卡检查、登记，等待通知，视情安排进馆。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; color: #d32a63;"><strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">三、细化防控举措</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular;">做好馆内清洁消毒保障工作，为确保入馆查档者的健康安全。查档人员在馆期间请听从工作人员安排，按指定位置就坐，全程规范佩戴医用口罩，保持安全间距，不聚集、少交谈。</span></p><p></p>
