<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">四、上述系统和卡管理业务暂停服务期间，全省各社会保障卡服务网点对新申请和补换卡服务采用人工受理方式，系统升级完成后各服务网点及时通知服务对象领取社会保障卡。</span>

<strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">五、2020年12月31日16时<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #f79646;">至2021年1月7日0时</span>，社会保障卡信息管理系统暂停服务期间，<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #9bbb59;">不影响现有持卡人员就医结算</span>。</span></strong><span style="color: #c0504d;"><strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px;">1月7日0时至6时，社会保障卡信息管理系统暂停服务期间，本地和异地就医均无法刷卡结算。无法刷卡结算期间，本地和异地参保人员就医采取个人垫付费用后零星报销方式处理。</span></strong></span><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">开通电子凭证的本地人员也可采用医保电子凭证结算。</span>
