一、双创计划介绍

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">从2007年起，江苏省财政厅每年拿出2亿元专项资金，组织实施“江苏省高层次创新创业人才引进计划” ，每年面向海内外引进200名左右高层次创新创业人才，给予每人100万元创新创业资金支持。从2010年起，专项资金增至4亿元，新增团队类子项、博士类子项，到2019年资金已增资6亿元，围绕本省优先发展的重点产业，着力打造一批竞争优势明显的高新技术产品群和企业群。 </span>

二、申报类别和条件

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">（一）双创人才。创业人才一般应具有硕士及以上学位，创新人才一般应具有博士学位；年龄一般不超过55周岁；申报人应为3年内引进到我省创新创业，入选后能连续在引进单位工作不少于3年；创业人才的出资不少于100万元，创新人才的月均薪酬不低于1万元（事业单位可放宽至8000元）。</span>

三、江苏省的支持政策

<span style="color: #92cddc;"><strong><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px;">（一）资金支持：</span></strong></span><span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">对入选的双创人才，三年内省级财政给予总共 500万元、300万元、100万元或50万元的创新创业资金资助；已获得省双创博士或“留学回国人员创新创业计划”资助的，补足至对应的资助标准。对入选的双创团队，三年内省级财政给予总共800万元、500万元或300万元的人才经费资助；对入选的双创博士，两年内省级财政给予总共15万元的创新创业资金资助。上述三类资助资金用于个人生活补助的部分均不得低于30%，并不得抵扣工资待遇。</span>

</p>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">根据《江北新区企业引才支持计划》的规定:</span>
</p>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">1、 新区自主培养入选省“双创团队”，每个给予所在企业100万元奖励资助；</span>
</p>

<span style="font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #3f3f3f;">2、 入选省“双创人才”创业类的，每人给予所在企业50万元奖励资助；</span>
