<strong> 按照政策规定，凡是在用人单位就业的，缴费满15年必须一直缴下去，除非失业才可以停止缴费。而灵活就业人员，虽然实行自愿参保原则，但缴费满15年后如果一直停止缴费，则达到退休年龄时领取的基本养老金不会高，而且每次调整基本养老金时增加额也不会高，因为基本养老金计发是与缴费长短、缴费高低紧密挂钩的。要享受较高的基本养老金，必须靠连续缴费、持续缴费，同时要按全部工资收入足额缴费，这样才能为自己赢得相对高水平的养老保障。</strong>
