<span style="line-height: 32px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F; font-size: 16px;">住房公积金缴存基数按照国务院《住房公积金管理条例》《南京市住房公积金管理条例》及其实施细则等有关规定进行核定调整。<span style="line-height: 32px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; font-size: 16px; color: #C0504D;"><strong>2020年度缴存基数为2019年度职工个人月平均工资，最高不超过市统计局公布的南京市2019年在岗职工月人均工资的3倍（31200元），最低不低于南京市2020年职工最低工资标准（2020年最低工资标准待有关部门公布后另行通知）。职工工资按照国家有关工资总额组成和本市的工资总额规定确定。</strong></span></span>

<span style="line-height: 32px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F; font-size: 16px;">3.各单位应核对本单位基本信息，以及职工个人信息。如单位信息与《单位分户信息》不一致，职工姓名、身份证号码等信息有误的应当进行更正，在表格上直接修改并加盖单位公章，确保单位和职工个人信息准确无误。与本单位不构成劳动关系或人事代理关系，以及退休的职工不得缴存住房公积金。</span>

<span style="line-height: 32px; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; color: #3F3F3F; font-size: 16px;">1.登录南京住房公积金管理中心网上办事大厅，单击 “归集业务”—“打印年度基数调整单”，直接点击“提交”按钮，下载本单位《个人住房公积金缴存基数调整明细表》。按照柜面办理的要求核对本单位基本信息、职工个人信息，并及时办理变更手续。</span>
